Here is the promised dairy and egg-free Chocolate Cake recipe that we had at Stamp Fest.
1 1/2 cup flour
3 T cocoa
1 cup water
1/2 cup rice bran oil
1 t baking soda
1t vanilla essence
1t cinnamon
3/4 cup coconut
1 cup sugar
Combine the ingredients together. Cook in a ring tin at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
